Please Note: 

Domestic Travel Fees: Any sessions booked that requires 30+ miles of travel will incur a $75.00 fee per 30 miles travelled.

i.e 30 miles = one -time $75.00 fee;

60 miles $150.00 etc. any travel beyond 100 miles may require airfare accommodations ( please use contact form below to inquire)

Refund Policy: 

If there is any reason why services cannot be rendered to the client due to the fault of Clark Photography excluding unforeseen, and/ or uncontrollable circumstances all services are non-refundable.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show Policy: 

 If client desires to cancel, reschedule, or if it becomes impossible for Clark Photography to render services due to the fault of the client or parties related who failed to show up in a timely manner; the client is solely responsible for notifying Clark Photography as soon as possible. We will attempt to find the most favorable time and date to reschedule, based on Clark Photography current sessions booked. No show clients will be required to rebook and repay deposit for new session. 

15 minutes late - Grace period 

30 minutes late - $50 fee 

Any time beyond 30 mins will require to be rescheduled as a no-show

 Payment Policy:  

50%  non- refundable deposit is due at the time of approved session. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session.
